Information For Authors
Interested in submitting to this journal? We recommend that you review the About the Journal page for the journal's section policies, as well as the Author Guidelines for submitting a manuscript to the journal. If you are submitting a book review to the journal, we recommend you review the Book Review Guidelines. We suggest referring to previous published reviews in the journal archives and other published articles that provide assistance with the structure and format of an academic book review.
Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting. To be registered as an author in order to submit a manuscript, please email TESOL in Context Journal Coordinator Dr Fiona Tang at tic@tesol.org.au, or, if already registered, you can simply log in and begin the submission process.
Referencing guidelines for the APA 7th edition style can be found here:
https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/references/examples or Common Reference Examples guide: https://apastyle.apa.org/instructional-aids/reference-examples.pdf
Reviewers also need to follow the registration process above to view and upload articles for review. Reviewers can access instructions for uploading manuscripts here.
Once authors have received reviewers' comments, they need to respond to these comments in two ways:
1) Log in and submit a revised manuscript to the same article submission, with the file name and date reflecting the revised submission.
2) Submit a table noting the changes addressing the reviewers' comments. A suggested template is available here.
